The Path of Wisdom and Every Day Channelling
For some people who attend a channelling course, ‘things’ slot into place. Their gifts open and they see, hear, and feel the Divine in a new way. They work and grow their gift with ease.
For other people, the journey feels like they haven’t really gotten off the starting blocks, to use a track metaphor. They wonder if they’re really connected, they worry that they aren’t ‘doing it right’, and they have a gnawing secret fear that there is something wrong with them.
Finally, these people tend to shut down. They resent the time, effort, energy and money that they put into their supposed channelling gift. They give up on a secret dream that life could be better in some way and carry around a burden of inner grief and anger.

Session 1:
Knowing where you are
This course aims to enable you to practice channelling at any time and to make channelling a part of your day-to-day life, just like breathing.
We will explore who you are, your interests, passions, dreams, and your stress points.
Aristotle said, ‘Knowing thyself is the beginning of wisdom’.
We will discuss your channelling experience to date.
We will also explore how we can use the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air to help you to move forward with your channelling gift.
We end the session with a meditation and you will be given questions to answer on the Earth element in preparation for Session 2.
Session 2:
Exploring the Element of Earth
Earth energy is grounded and practical. It is material and physical. It looks at what is really there, rather than what we imagined would be there.
We will discuss your reflections on the Earth Element.
How can you make changes to be more connected to your body?
What are your strengths when it comes to physical and practical matters?
What aspects are more challenging?
How can you support yourself in building a more solid foundation?
We end the session with a meditation and you will be given questions to answer on the Water element in preparation for Session 3.
Session 3:
Exploring the Element of Water
Water symbolises our emotions and feelings.
We will discuss how we process our feelings and keep the channel clear of murky water.
We will explore your reflections on the Water Element section.
What do you FEEL about channelling – where do these feelings originate?
How effective are your boundaries?
What are your strengths when it comes to your emotions and feelings?
What aspects of this section are more challenging?
How can you support yourself to clear the waters of fear and of other people’s emotions?
We end the session with a meditation and you will be given questions to answer on the Fire element in preparation for Session 4.
Session 4:
Exploring the Element of Fire
Fire symbolises our creativity and passion. It connects us to our hearts and to joy.
We will discuss your reflections on the Fire Element.
We will explore how to connect more deeply to and cultivate heart energy.
What are your strengths when it comes to tapping into creativity, joy and passion?
What aspects of this section do you find more challenging?
How can you support yourself to do what you love on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to bring more joy and passion into your life?
We end the session with a meditation and you will be given questions to answer on the Air element in preparation for Session 5.
Session 5:
Exploring the Element of Air
Air symbolises our thoughts and mental beliefs.
What limiting beliefs do you have about yourself and your channelling gift?
We will discuss your reflections on the Air Element.
We will explore your strengths in working with the power of the mind to change negative beliefs.
What aspects of this section do you find more challenging?
How can you support yourself to allow space for your channelling gift in your life in a non-judgmental way?
We end the session with a meditation and you will be given questions to answer in preparation for Session 6.
Session 6:
Reflections and Moving Forward
We will reflect on the course – what have you learned?
What changes have you made to use your channelling during your daily life?
We will discuss when and where to practice channelling and where to find support, especially when doubts arise.
We will end the session with a meditation, and ask for an animal guide to step forward to help you on your channelling journey.
