Wheel of the Year

Living in alignment with the seasons means appreciating and flowing in harmony with the energy of the Earth.

Then there are the solstices, times of maximum or minimum energy, and the equinoxes, when nature is balanced.

The Wheel of the Year invites us to tap into the current energy, listen to its whispers and align ourselves to live in harmony with the Earth.

Spring – a time of new growth and expansion

Summer – a time of outer fire and increased energy

Autumn – a time of harvest, cooling down and consolidation

Winter – a time of inner quiet and darkness
