January 2026 – Persevere & Look Up
Perseverance is the keyword for January.
Commit to moving forward with courage and inner discipline. Even though you may feel a lack of clarity and be unsure of where to focus, keep going!
During January, overwhelming responsibilities, particularly family matters, may feel quite burdensome.
You may find that your enthusiasm for moving forward has stalled, so you will need to use your willpower to manifest a positive outcome in your life.
This is a chance to see obstacles as opportunities.
Through the struggles, burdens and tough challenges of juggling lots of ‘balls’ and responsibilities, try to find some time to become still and learn something about yourself.
For those interested in more detail, the zodiac energy is Capricorn (the goat), the 10th astrological sign, and the Tarot card is the 10 of Wands.
10 is a symbol of a project coming to completion, so even though January may feel tough, the intense energy will soon resolve itself naturally… so hang in there!
I am, however, encouraged to discover that the archangel Sandalphon will be available to help us.
Sandalphon is an immensely tall angel. If he were to stand on Earth, his head would reach to the heavens.
He invites us to approach him with humility and to LOOK UP.
When we carry a heavy burden, it is easy to look only at the ground, as we try to put one foot in front of the other, but Sandalphon says, “Look up!”
He is also the angel of music, and music is healing for the soul.
So listen to music, play an instrument or sing.
As you express your feelings through music, you will be given the gift of changing heavy emotions for lighter ones.
We are all made of energy, so use your willpower to raise your vibration and your mood.
So even though we may be struggling with burnout and overwhelm and feel as though everything is happening at once, we can take the time to stop, prioritise, take a break and remember that the Capricorn energy of the mountain goat assures that we CAN reach the top of the mountain.
