A message from the Angels and Guides:
This morning I asked for a Tarot message that would show what we need to focus on for the month of September. The result was the The World.

The World
The World is an interesting card. It is the final card of the Tarot deck (in the Major Arcana) and it means achievement, success and completion.
When we look at the card from Juliet Sharman-Burke’s deck, we see a figure in the middle, covered with a purple drape, a crown on her head and in the middle of a laurel wreath. The colour purple indicates that we have achieved a measure of wisdom and both the crown, and the wreath symbolises success.
In each hand she holds a wand, one white and one black, which tells us that all is in balance. She is surrounded by all four of the fixed signs of the zodiac:
- Taurus the Bull (representing the earth element, the suit of pentacles and our material and financial areas of life)
- Leo the Lion (representing the fire element, the suit of wands and our passion and creativity)
- the Eagle, representing Scorpio (the water element, the suit of cups and our feelings and emotions)
- Aquarius the water bearer (representing the air element, the suit of swords and our thoughts and intellect).
What does this mean for us as we go into September? Two things:
- We should celebrate and be proud of the achievements we have made this year.
- Remember that the end of one cycle in our lives is the beginning of a new cycle, as the laurel wreath also represents the number 0. Zero is a circle which means that we can and should be proud of what we have accomplished so far this year. However, this is not the end, but merely the beginning of a new cycle of learning in our lives.
What can we do?
- Look back at our accomplishments, achievements, and successes – write them down and celebrate them. So often we don’t appreciate where we have come from and the trials and struggles that we have overcome.
- Look forward to the next phase of our journey so that we can plan and prepare our hearts and minds for what is to come (even though it may be unknown at this moment). This corresponds to the New Moon in August blog post.
