April Full Moon – Fox Wisdom
The April Full Moon is on Sunday 13th April 2025. It is called the Pink Moon.
The name comes from a North American Pink Phlox wildflower that starts to bloom at this time.

Astrologically, the sun is in the fiery sign of Aries (the Ram), while the moon is in airy Libra (the Scales).

Fire signs symbolise creativity and passion, while air signs focus on thoughts and ideas.
The fiery Aries energy of the New Moon encouraged us to be the hero of our own lives but now we can refine that guidance by using calm, balanced Libra energy to help us further.
The world has become a very chaotic place both politically and economically. There is much tension, anger, fear and vexatious energy swirling around us.
Source/Divine/Universal energy points us to the Full Moon as a signpost to help us navigate these turbulent times without becoming completely overwhelmed.
This is a time to use diplomacy and wisdom – to be like the fox.
The fox has always been a symbol of intelligence, adaptability and intuition. It was called a cunning animal, but in folklore, the word ‘cunning’ meant ‘kenning’ rather than its negative modern connotation of slyness.
To ‘ken’ meant to have knowledge and wisdom through intuition.
We need to balance fiery and creative energy with intuitive wisdom.
When we tune into that inner little voice, the whisper of intuition, we will be guided to know how to act in every situation.
To do this, rather than relying on our rational mind, we should drop into our hearts and listen to our inner spirit – our connection with the Divine.
In these turbulent times, it is helpful to practice this as often as possible, because Spirit is ready and willing. We simply need to ask and then listen.
