The archetype of Sagittarius is the explorer and the one who searches for meaning. Sagittarius is an adaptable (mutable) fire sign and fire symbolises passion.
Being an explorer is about being adaptable to change. We can try to organise and control our plans, but anyone who has traveled knows from experience that things don’t always go according to plan!
This could mean:
- a delayed flight, train, bus, or car journey,
- the weather could be an obstacle in that we experience storms, being snowed in, or burning drought,
- the accommodation isn’t what we expected,
- the food is new and strange,
- the landscape looks and smells different,
- the people are interesting (and mostly kind),
- the culture is fascinating,
- the architecture, art, and music are more awe-inspiring than we could begin to fathom.

Travel allows us to put ourselves out of our comfort zones and experience an adventure that changes us forever.
This fun-loving gregarious energy is now available to us. We can tap into and sow the seeds of travel – both externally and internally.
Liberation and the feeling of freedom are valuable and important. Having the freedom to be more completely ourselves is vital for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This may mean physically journeying to another place or even climbing to the top of a mountain and gazing around us in a 360º view of life.
Alternatively, it may mean going on an inner quest in the realms of metaphysics and/or philosophy to discover more of who we are.
This will bring personal happiness, which will ripple out into the collective consciousness.
Now is the time to use this enthusiastic, fiery energy to search for and discover higher wisdom and guidance.
