July has been a turbulent month to date for many people, as seen by the July tarot card – The Wheel of Fortune.
Sometimes it’s been difficult to stay centred and not feel tossed around in the washing machine of life.
This new moon offers us a respite in times of chaos and uncertainty. Where do we feel the safest? In our homes – and it’s apt that the crab even carries its home on its back.
Empaths, intuitives and sensitive people may have found the month of July particularly challenging; now is the time to nourish ourselves emotionally from the storms outside and create an inner sanctuary of stillness.
- Become still and nurture yourself.
- Take time to care for yourself with unconditional love.
- And, like the crab, spend time near water – it soothes the soul.
